Project Description

An existing property with a basemented office, production and warehouse complex covering 21,000 m², including a high-bay warehouse, crane hall and its own multi-storey car park. Different tenant structures and high energy consumption.

Challenges

The large number of energy supplies (gas, heat, electricity) and sub-meters made accurate, legally compliant billing and efficient consumption control almost impossible. “Manual readings were extremely time-consuming and prone to errors,” explains the facility manager.

Solution

End-to-end digital capture of all energy sources, sub-metering for each unit of use, data processing for heating cost billing, and monitoring of the e-charging infrastructure for tenants. Load profiles are monitored to avoid peak loads.
